Welcome to Rohu's Country Market

Rohu's Country Market is a food emporium situated in Innishannon, the gateway to West Cork. The market is run out of a restored service station and has been established for 15 years. We are a family-run business specializing in delicious food, deli, bakery, sandwiches, wines and local arts. My wife Michelle, our two sons, and team run a friendly, helpful shopping experience.

Rohu’s began with a simple idea: to create a welcoming place in Innishannon with good food and genuine hospitality. Using fresh, local ingredients, we’ve grown into a relaxed space for the community.

Our deli is packed with carefully chosen treats, from local cheeses, meats, and dairy to salads, smoked salmon, and a small selection of quality overseas items like olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Our pizzeria is open Friday to Sunday evenings, serving thin, crispy Romano-style pizzas made with care. Enjoy them in-house with a drink or order takeaway by phone.
